Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and greet clients with professionalism
Schedule appointments and route calls to licensed team members
Update customer records (address, phone, email, etc.) in Allstate systems
Process payments and billing inquiries (no coverage discussions unless licensed)
Generate and send policy documents, ID cards, and certificates
Provide administrative support to sales producers and management
Record and maintain notes in agency systems (EAgent, Lead Manager)
Assist with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
