What You'll Do

:

Represent and maintain the Lexus brand in a courteous and professional manner Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom Direct incoming calls and forward them accordingly Process customer payments and credit card transactions Light bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions in Excel Workbook Assist the Sales Team with various administrative duties as needed Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants on a daily basis

Who We're Looking For:

A team player with strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Previous retail experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required Proficiency in dealership software (CDK, VinSolutions, UTA) a plus

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
