We're hiring a friendly and organized

Receptionist & Patient Support Coordinator

to join our team at

Newman Chiropractic

in Salisbury, MA. You'll be the welcoming face of our office and a vital part of our daily operations -- supporting patients, managing the front desk, and helping our systems run smoothly.

What You'll Do:



Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones, texts, and emails -- and route questions as needed Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments using JaneApp Send follow-up messages, supplement instructions, and review requests Keep the front desk area organized and stocked Upload paperwork, scan documents, and manage digital patient records Log supplement/product purchases and track basic inventory Support our case manager and chiropractor with day-to-day patient flow

Who You Are:



Friendly, outgoing, and calm under pressure Highly organized and dependable Strong communicator -- both in person and over email/text Tech-savvy and comfortable with iPads, email, Google Drive, and simple software Prior experience in reception, retail, or wellness is a plus -- but we'll train the right person
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
