WHO WE WANT: We are excited to be expanding our team and looking for our next Receptionist who will help us in educating and informing our clients. The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. This is a fast-paced fun environment and we look forward to finding our next team member like you! Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage intake of purchasers into the dispensary.
- Scan ID and enforce admittance policies with our on-site security provider.
- Answer phones and provide general support/deliver messages accordingly.
- Assist with social media management including coverage/response/maintenance (as needed).
- Provide exceptional customer service \xe2\x80\x93 Best in class.
- Stay educated and updated on different types of marijuana products and methods of medicating.
- Work with a diverse group of personalities \xe2\x80\x93 employees and patients.
- Clean, stock, and organize dispensary with rest of team (clean bathrooms, take out garbage, sweep floors/parking lot, etc.).
- Conduct accurate inventory counts of all products (as needed).
- Work cohesively as part of family/team environment.
- Work on special projects and assignments designated by management.
- Performs other duties.
