```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Skills```
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
- Retail sales experience to assist with selling products or services
- Jewelry sales knowledge to provide specialized assistance to clients
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointment schedules and maintain order in the reception area
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Sales skills to upsell products or services when appropriate
- Excellent phone etiquette to provide professional customer service over the phone
