Job Description

Energetic Receptionist needed for busy law firm. Must have excellent written and verbal skills, typing and computer literacy. The right person must be a self-starter, customer service oriented. and able to work with little direction.

Your core skills in computer literacy, typing, and office experience will be essential in managing phone calls and maintaining organized records. With premium skills in multi-line phone systems and office management, you will ensure smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities


Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems to support office operations. Utilize computer skills to send correspondence, and office documentation. Assist with administrative tasks.
