Job Summary:

Provide administrative support to our Boys & Girls Club Afterschool Program Staff. Assist in checking kids in, working with parents, entering data for attendance and grants. Other responsibilities as directed by Site Coordinator. This position is part-time at 24 hours/week position.

This shift is from 2:00pm - 6:00pm - Monday - Friday with 1 day a week starting at 12:30pm.



Key Roles and Responsibilities

Recording Attendance of members*
Assist with data entry on multiple programs*
Communicate with parents, members, and staff on a variety of matters*
Taking minutes at staff meetings*

Other Responsibilities as determined by the Program Managers & Site Coordinators


Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Spanish speaking highly preferred*
Previous nonprofit organization or office experience preferred Competent organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multi-task and apply time management skills Excellent computer skills with preference for MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher); Possess driver's license Some requirement of lifting over 20 lbs * Successful background check
