Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, residents, and families as soon as they arrive. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide accurate information in person, by phone, or via email. Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming reception area. Ensure smooth front-desk operations and professional communication with staff and visitors.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and clerical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a busy environment. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred.

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

Physical & Work Requirements:

Prolonged sitting with occasional walking and standing. Ability to lift 5-40 lbs and push wheelchairs as needed.
