Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
Maintain reception area and conference rooms in a clean and organized condition
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
