We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Part-Time Evening Receptionist/Cashier. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing great service, we''d love to meet you! As the Part-Time Evening Receptionist/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You''ll handle customer transactions, assist with scheduling, and provide general administrative support to our sales and service teams.

Schedule for this role will be Part-Time 12-6 Tuesday-Friday, Saturdays 8-3!

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner as they arrive at the dealership. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments for sales or service. Process customer payments (cash, credit, or debit) and issue receipts. Assist with cashiering duties and ensure accurate cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Provide general office support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Previous receptionist or cashier experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. * Must be able to work evenings.
