Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently using tools like Outlook Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities Utilize QuickBooks or bookkeeping software for basic financial record keeping (if applicable) Support customer service efforts by addressing client needs promptly and effectively Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations

Skills



Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Effective phone etiquette and customer support skills for handling inquiries professionally Previous office management or clerical experience preferred Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures Attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Personal assistant or administrative experience can be beneficial for supporting executive functions
This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment through exceptional administrative support and customer service.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
