We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your multitasking skills, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will help maintain smooth office operations and support our team's daily activities. Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, screening calls and transferring messages efficiently
Handle incoming mail and inquiries with promptness and accuracy
Enter data into the AgingIS system
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and 365
Assist with office management tasks such as maintaining Information and Assistance inventory and supporting administrative duties (making copies, sending faxes, preparing out-going mail, etc.)
Prepare milk packets for home-delivered meal program
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional environment
Skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 365
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with strong typing skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
