Join N&K CPAs, Inc. as our front-line representative! We're seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and friendly Receptionist to provide exceptional administrative support and client service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, staying organized, and helping a dynamic accounting firm run smoothly.

Full-time | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.

Assist with scanning, copying, and filing of documents.

Maintain and update client and firm databases accurately.

Support administrative tasks such as engagement letters, mailouts, eFiling, client correspondence, and various projects.

Responsible for office supplies, copier maintenance, and general office upkeep.

Perform daily errands within the downtown area as needed.

Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of common areas and participate in office safety procedures.

Qualifications

Education:



High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Experience:



1-2 years of office administration, reception, or customer service experience preferred.

Experience in a professional services or accounting firm is a plus.

Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

Physical Requirements



Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
