Overview


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as well as experience with medical or dental reception duties.

Duties



Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks Assist with office management duties such as organizing supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace Provide customer support through excellent phone etiquette and personalized assistance Support bookkeeping activities and manage billing or invoicing when necessary Ensure effective communication between departments and external contacts Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience



Prior office management or administrative experience preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations required Knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse client needs Demonstrated customer service excellence and professional phone etiquette Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and perform clerical duties with high accuracy Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 per week
