We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, preparing invoices, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet customers/clients and provide assistance as needed
Schedule and manage appointments using company scheduling software
Create, send, and track invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain organized records of appointments, customer information, and payments
Handle email inquiries and relay messages to relevant staff
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and team members
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
