Job Description

Description of the role:
The Receptionist at Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers in our Knoxville, TN office. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth flow of inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Assist with administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to work as a team player
Compensation: $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
