Job Summary:

Our facilities team is growing! We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Receptionist to work at the Global Headquarters located in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities :
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner; Responsible for visitor management and following security protocols at assigned building entry point(s); General office organization, including reception, ordering supplies, faxing, shipping, collaboration with local vendors, etc.; Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures; and Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in a professional Assistant/Receptionist position; Must have customer service approach to reception for both external visitors and campus employees; Proficient in Microsoft 365 Software including Word and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Excel is also preferred; Prior experience sorting/distributing mail, shipping and receiving is preferred; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; and Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
