Key Responsibilities

Professionally manage incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate communication Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Maintain a positive and organized front desk environment

Qualifications

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Skills & Experience:

+ Strong computer proficiency
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred
