Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator
to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience by answering phones, greeting guests, and providing support to multiple departments. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
Notify staff when customers arrive and assist in making introductions
Accept payments for service and parts invoices and accurately balance cash drawer
Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
Complete basic paperwork for loaner vehicles and customer documents
Perform light administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, and handling mail
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts teams as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, positive personality with a professional appearance
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
Cash handling experience and familiarity with 10-key a plus
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
