Coldwell Banker Advantage is seeking a professional, energetic receptionist to join our busy real estate office. This is a full-time, in-person position (40 hours per week) where you'll serve as the welcoming face of our team and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, agents, and visitors with a positive, professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting room reservations
Assist with administrative tasks and support real estate agents as needed
Create marketing materials and social media content using Canva
Handle correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
Required Qualifications:
Professional appearance and excellent verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Canva for basic graphic design
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Verifiable work history
