As a

Donor Experience Concierge

, you are the first and last point of contact for our donors. You will create a warm, professional, caring environment that ensures every donor feels valued and appreciated. Your role is critical in delivering an exceptional donor experience and promoting donor loyalty.

Full Time Monday - Saturday based on Center needs.

As a Donor Experience Concierge, you'll get to:

Meet and greet all donors. Ensure that each donor has an amazing experience in the center. Complete admin duties which include donor registration, appointment confirmations, answering phones and other tasks. Work in a state-of-the-art plasma facility that focuses on teamwork and a positive environment! Help save lives EVERY Day!! High School diploma required. Two years related experience required.
