We support women who feel depleted by stress, low energy, and emotional strain, helping them reclaim balance, vitality, and confidence. Our approach combines targeted whole-food supplementation, frequency-based therapies, and emotional release techniques that address the impact of past stress and trauma.

You genuinely care about alternative medicine and want to grow your understanding within the field.

Flexible Hours:

You are currently needed Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30AM to 6:15PM and Wednesdays from 1PM to 6:15PM. Mondays/Thursdays we break from 12:30-1:30PM.
We will likely be opening 1:30PM to 6:15PM on Tuesdays, as well.
Occasionally starting admin work at 12PM on Wednesdays and possibly Tuesdays.

Master Multitasker:

You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities with ease. You don't like to stand around and be bored.

People Person Extraordinaire:

Your empathy, kindness, and positivity make you a joy to work with--both for patients and team members.

Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented:

You're comfortable with excel, learning clinic management software, scheduling systems, and basic social media tasks.

Creative Problem Solver:

You think outside the box to tackle challenges and improve processes.

Attention to Atmosphere:

An eye for detail to help us maintain a tidy, inviting space that feels both welcoming and healing, without a sterile or clinical feel.
What You'll Be Doing:

As part of the team, you'll be at the heart of patient interaction, ensuring each patient have an exceptional experience.

Patient Experience Champion:

Greet and guide patients with warmth and professionalism. Be the smiling face that welcomes them to the place they feel safe and free in. Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and ensure seamless clinic flow. Educate patients on our services, promoting programs and packages that align with their health goals and our clinic goals. Act as a patient liaison when needed, assisting their practitioner with their visit. Assisting in patient treatment, daily. Physically helping in treatment.

Multitasking :

Manage phone calls, patient intake, payment and scheduling follow-ups. Handle clinic communications, emails, and record-keeping with precision. Assist with clinic marketing efforts, including social media posts and community outreach. Possibly social media interactions and some YouTube appearances.

Holistic Health Advocate:

Slowly making changes to improve your own health -lead by example. Support patients in understanding the benefits of holistic care, nutrition, supplementation, chiropractic care, and functional medicine. Stay informed about natural health trends to contribute to a thriving, educational environment. Collaborate with practitioners to enhance service offerings and patient care.
