Receiving/On-Course F&B Manager at Destination Geneva National
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual to fill the dual role of Receiving Manager and On-Course Food & Beverage Manager. This key position is responsible for overseeing all receiving operations and managing the on-course food and beverage service. During the off-season, this role will support general clubhouse food & beverage outlets.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of key operational areas, with a strong potential for growth into higher leadership roles.

Management at GN is expected to be hands-on and capable of working in all outlets at Destination GN as needed to support operations and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory Management
Order all beverage products and select food items for the clubhouse and on-course operations.
Receive, verify, and organize all incoming product deliveries.
Ensure all invoices are signed off, coded, and entered accurately into the system in a timely manner.
Maintain and organize inventory storage areas, ensuring proper rotation, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Lead monthly and weekly inventory counts; maintain and update inventory sheets and pricing data.
Assist with collaboration of vendors to source new products and secure the best pricing.
On-Course Food & Beverage Operations
Oversee daily operations of all on-course food and beverage locations including beverage carts and halfway houses.
Supervise and support on-course staff to ensure high service standards and product consistency.
Conduct regular audits of on-course F&B operations for compliance, cleanliness, and performance.
Reconcile daily sales, monitor par levels, and oversee restocking and replenishment as needed.
Vendor & Facility Coordination
Maintain regular communication with linen and garbage service providers.
Ensure the loading dock and all receiving areas are clean, organized, and functioning efficiently.
Training & Development:
Ensure training programs are being communicated, and staff are aligned with Geneva National's service expectations.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the F&B team.
Lead by example in hospitality, service standards, and operational procedures.
Off-Season Support
Assist in food and beverage operations within the clubhouse including banquets, restaurants, and events.
Support operational planning, staff training, and implementation of new procedures.
Recruitment & Scheduling:
Recruit, hire, and retain F&B talent.
Develop staffing plans and schedules to meet business demands while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
Promote a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years experience in food & beverage operations, receiving, or logistics; supervisory experience a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with inventory systems, ordering platforms, and invoice management.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
Capable of lifting and moving heavy items and working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
