Job Description
Number of openings: 1 Full-Time, Year Round
Location: Quincy
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 7:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 3:30 pm, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday Hour and shifts may vary on production.
- Help managing all supplies
- Receiving all supplie. Making sure that Stemilt receives what it is billed for
- Ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner
- Integrate all packing supplies into Oracle and use Oracle to manage them
- Complete administrative paperwork and daily logs
- Match bill of ladings and Cycle Counts/Inventory
- Maintain the office and supply room and keep it clean
- Making sure the other departments get their supplies when they come in
- Work with pricing so confidentiality is required.
- Must become Forklift certified
- Monitoring, implementing and supporting company policies and procedures
- Duties may encompass other than listed.
