The Role

The Receiving clerk manages inbound small parcel, freight, & LTL deliveries by verifying and signing for shipments. Other duties include, but are not limited to loading / unloading trucks on a sit down style forklift, quality checks on inbound freight, put away of received freight / shipments, and other tasks as assigned.

What You'll Do

Unload inbound goods delivered by vendors and carriers; quality check all freight and receive accordingly into a WMS. Operate forklift and other equipment as needed Reporting of all inbound shipping discrepancies via internal processes. Return cancelled items/orders as needed Be a liaison to warehouse clerks on recently received inventory discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation on all inbound freight to include accurate recording processes within a WMS. Help with other tasks as needed throughout the warehouse as assigned.

What You'll Need

Ability to work Mon-Fri from 7:30am-4:30pm Positive work attitude Experience entering and extracting data within a WMS. (Service Titan experience is a plus) 2+ years of Receiving Experience (preferably with small parts and pieces) 2+ years of Inventory Experience Knowledge of operating a forklift is a plus Strong Attention to Detail Good interpersonal communication skills Microsoft Office and Excel experience is a plus High school diploma or a GED
