Union Square Events has partnered with Little Island ( ) which is a new and one-of-a-kind free public park at 13th Street in Hudson River Park providing serene spaces to explore, new venues for live performances, and cultural events, and unique vantage points to view the surrounding area.

Who you are: the Receiver is responsible for the daily receiving operations which include the receiving of all deliveries, quality control, and storage organization within the guidelines and standards set for receiving and food storage.

What we need from you:

• Proficient knowledge of time management, inventory, and inventory management
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in receiving, working knowledge of food ingredients
• Certifications: NYC Food Handler\'s Certificate
• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen, including food and beverage areas
• Requires mobility, prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Follow uniform guidelines (tan kahki pants and black shoes)
