Rebuild Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow prescribed procedures for safety, clean room, and documentation. Perform data entries in Excel and other databases when necessary. Adhere to industry best practice and safety standards while cleaning equipment parts. Ensure high quality by adhering to established quality standards and conducting regular quality checks to guarantee optimal performance of cleaned parts. Package parts per Fab and Facilities Maintenance and/or vendor requirements. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Identifying and solving problems on a team level and independently. Utilize Oracle, Fault Detection Control, and other electronic media in problem-solving and general documentation of work performed. Excel at Troubleshooting Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair of equipment. Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications. Support and provide excellent customer service, with a high degree of initiative, autonomy, and self-drive. Provide clear and precise information to peers and customers. Maintain a positive working relationship with peers and customers. Cross-train through some job functions within Fab Support area. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Perform work in a tie back suit as the work can be conducted in a cleanroom environment. Capable of standing for at least 75% of the time during any particular Shift. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude; this is required to learn/perform assigned maintenance tasks. Apply technical knowledge, training, and procedure comprehension to perform routine and sustaining maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures/specifications. Comprehend and solve basic electronics, mechanical, and mathematics problems. Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal format. Multi-tasking

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of Rebuilding experience preferred 2 years of Semiconductor experience is preferred
