What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and expert guidance Stay informed about local market trends and neighborhood insights Engage in consistent follow-up to grow and maintain your pipeline Generate new business opportunities within the communities we serve Conduct buyer consultations to uncover needs, wants, and motivations Help clients find homes that match their goals--and guide them through the full buying process
What We're Looking For

Must hold an active Utah Real Estate License (or be currently enrolled in pre-licensing and near completion) Highly organized with strong time-management skills Self-starter who can work independently and stay motivated Comfortable with technology and CRM systems Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Sales experience is a plus, but not required--we'll train the right person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
