We are seeking licensed
Real Estate Agents
and
Loan Officers
who want to participate in a system where sales, lending, and development operate under one coordinated workflow. This includes access to development projects, builder inventory, in-house lending partnerships, and structured training opportunities.
AXEN Realty and Banking Door offer one of the most competitive compensation approaches in the industry, with commission structures for agents, above-100% production-based payouts for loan officers, and revenue share availability where applicable. Some team members may also be eligible for internal equity or stock programs according to company guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Real Estate Agents
Represent clients in purchasing and selling residential properties, including new construction and development inventory when available.
Use warm buyer leads originating from development partnerships.
Collaborate with in-house mortgage professionals to support client financing needs.
Maintain knowledge of local market trends, property values, and real estate practices.
Participate in training sessions and utilize company-provided tools and CRM systems.
Ensure all documentation meets state and company compliance requirements.
For Loan Officers
Evaluate borrower applications, credit, and financial documentation to determine eligibility for mortgage programs.
Guide clients through loan terms, disclosures, requirements, and closing timelines.
Use the Banking Door/NEXA lending platform to identify loan products that meet client needs.
Support real estate agents working with shared clients to ensure a smooth transaction.
Maintain accurate documentation consistent with compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.

Qualifications
Active real estate license or active mortgage loan originator license (required)
Prior experience in real estate, mortgage lending, sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
