What does a job as a Realtor look like?
As a Realtor, you will meet with clients to determine their needs when buying or selling a home, attend showings, host open houses, and prepare paperwork. Realtors must be willing to network with potential clients, other professionals, and be involved in their communities. Successful sales professionals cultivate relationships, volunteer, and keep a positive attitude. Sales opportunities utilize social media, leverage our support team, and help others. Those who are successful in sales regularly attends Century 21 Schmidt Real Estate training opportunities.

You must have a Florida real estate license. You must be 18 years old.
