Position Summary:
We are looking for a
licensed Realtor in New Mexico
who is driven, growth-oriented, and ready to embark on a full-time career as a
Realtor Apprentice
. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, receive structured mentorship, and utilize proven systems by working alongside a high-achieving team to fast-track your real estate career.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with senior agents to gain comprehensive industry knowledge
Support client communications, coordinate showings, host open houses, and manage follow-ups
Learn and implement effective scripts, systems, and strategies that deliver results
Develop strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through
Engage actively in team culture, training sessions, and coaching opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Holds an
active New Mexico real estate license
(mandatory)
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrates eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply established systems
Self-driven, motivated, and dedicated to pursuing a full-time real estate career
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Conduct two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
