This position works with our clients from "Contract to Close", meaning they will partner with our home sellers and help them navigate the home selling process with ease. Maintaining strong relationships and updates through the home selling process is paramount to success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our home sellers to schedule different inspections, appraisals, closing, and other appointments.
- Manage contracts, addendums, title company documents, and more for our team.
- Be the central point of contact between the sales team, our title company, attornies, and company leadership to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
-Proactively monitor the progress of transactions to ensure all parties stay on schedule to close and are informed of any delays or problems.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in title company or real estate sales
- Proven track record in customer service
- Excellent negotiation skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,531.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits:
