This is an on-site position for a Showing Agent/Personal Assistant located in Louisville, KY

. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating showings, and providing executive-level support. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, and assisting with Property showings to ensure excellent client service and seamless operations.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills. Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with CRM and scheduling appointments. Proficiency in Clerical skills, such as document preparation and organizing. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for administrative and scheduling tasks.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Realtor with at least one year of experience.
