Who are we looking for?



The Sales Agent will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to contribute to the success of the team, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.

The Sales Agent will have a real estate license in order to comply with PA State real estate laws and meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role. Sales agent will be an independent contractor with Keller Williams Realty and will be responsible for all "office" fees, splits, memberships and dues required by Keller Williams Realty.

Additionally, the Sales agent may assist the Team Lead or other agents by performing in the Role of a Showing Assistant. (See Showing Assistant ) They are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role.

The ideal Sales Agent will exhibit high personal and professional standards, as well as alignment with the Core Values of the team. The primary goal of the team is to provide systems and processes, continued development, accountability, and coaching that will enable the Sales Agent to grow within the team.

What will you do?



These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

Manage and Maintain a growing "pipeline" of potential clients (leads). Have 25+ new prospecting conversations per week. Close 1 - 2 sales per month consistently. Commitment to personal growth and mastery.

Essential duties and responsibilities



Lead Generation and Follow-Up Scheduling and performing Buyer and Seller consultation meetings Scheduling and performing Buyer Showings*
Draft offers and assist clients to get their offer accepted, negotiated, and closed Draft and Negotiate Inspection replies, walkthrough reports, and addendums

Communications/Interactions

Lead Agent - daily Client- daily Administrative Coordinator- daily - weekly

Management Responsibilities



Occasional coordination with other agents who may act as a Showing Assistant for the Sales Agent. Sales Agent may delegate over-lapping responsibilities in these cases, however Sales Agent will maintain accountability for all aspects of the Sales Agent's job description.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
