What Skills Do You Need to Succeed?

Prospecting - Building your business through consistent outreach. Top agents dedicate about 35% of their time to prospecting activities. Client Service - Guiding buyers and sellers through every step: listing presentations, buyer consultations, home showings, and more. About 35% of your time will be spent directly servicing clients. Business & Administration - From transaction management (inspections, paperwork, closings) to marketing yourself and your listings (emails, newsletters, social media), about 30% of your time will focus here.
