Responsibilities:

  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Coach and guide mentees through real estate processes, sales techniques, and client relations
  • Share proven strategies and industry best practices
  • Offer constructive feedback and motivation to mentees
  • Monitor mentee progress and provide tailored advice
  • Help mentees set and achieve realistic goals
Qualifications:
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Technology driven
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
