Key Responsibilities:

Represent buyers, sellers, and renters throughout the real estate process Assist clients with home sales, purchases, and leasing opportunities Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and follow-up Prepare CMAs, conduct market research, and analyze property values Write and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth transaction experience Leverage KW technology, training, and marketing systems to grow your business

Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License Minimum of 1year of real estate experience Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude Flexible schedule

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
