Real Estate Mentor Opportunity
Who you work with matters. We are looking for a state-licensed real estate professional who wants to learn to grow their own business while mentoring both new and experienced agents and earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity allows you to strengthen your production, guide others through proven training, and contribute to a development-focused coaching environment.
You will be provided with agents and in-school leads who are ready to learn, giving you the ability to mentor them through hands-on experience while also leveraging their activity to support the growth of your own career. This creates a mutual benefit where your leadership helps others succeed while expanding your production and long-term consistency.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+
This path is ideal for experienced agents who enjoy leading, teaching, and producing at a high level while building steady growth in their real estate business.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and teach contracts
• Teach database and COI marketing
• CRM training
• Coaching appointments
• Weekly accountability with agents
• Help negotiate contracts
• Individual Sales
• Grow a team

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Real estate sales experience
• Completed transactions
• Team player
• Coachable and trainable
• Attend ongoing trainings and events
