Responsibilities: o Coach and teach contracts o Teach database and COI marketing o Command training o Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients o Mentor appointments o Weekly accountability with agents o Help negotiate contracts o Ability to teach sales script mastery Qualifications: o A valid Real Estate License is required for this job o Real estate sales experience o Completed transactions are searchable in the MLS o Team player o Coachable and trainable o Attend ongoing KW training and events o Great with communication About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
