Working as a Real Estate Sales Associate is a sales position. You will be paid commission when you sell homes. To be successful, you must nurture client leads by calling, texting, and emailing. You are required to build relationships with people, who will depend on you to help them through the process of buying or selling their home. We provide some of the best training in the real estate industry and have the reputation, market share, and brand awareness to help you succeed regardless of your experience level.

What are the job requirements?

You will need to have or be willing to obtain a Florida real estate license. You must be 18 years old, and you must be willing to receive Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty Sales Associate training. No experience is required.
