Compensation:


$112,300 - $197,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the buying or selling process. Implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets. Collaborate with mentors and team members to refine your skills and knowledge. Stay updated on local market trends to provide clients with informed advice. Utilize company-provided leads to expand your client base and network. Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your real estate expertise.

Qualifications:

Real Estate License Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to guide clients through the buying or selling process. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your motivation and drive. Familiarity with local real estate market trends, or a willingness to learn and stay informed. Ability to collaborate with team members and mentors, showing your commitment to continuous learning and growth. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently and effectively.
