Responsibilities: What you'll do o Run a personal pipeline with daily prospecting sprints and weekly content sessions. o Participate in peer reviews (listing launches, pricing, and negotiation strategy). o Co?create micro?content; we'll support with prompts/templates and light editing. o Optional: mentor peers and earn referral/revenue share (again--no recruiting requirement). We're looking for o Active CA DRE license (required). o Comfort on camera and in person with clients. o Evidence of self?direction (recent content, community activity, or 3+ closed sides in the last 12 months). Qualifications: o Do you hold an active CA DRE license? (Yes/No) o Link 1 piece of content you created or describe a 30?sec reel you'd filmed recently. o 2024 production (sides or volume) and your 2025 target. o Are you open to a commission?only structure with optional referral/revenue share?
