Responsibilities: What You'll Do as a Real Estate Agent o Work with motivated buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process. o Use our CRM and follow-up systems to convert leads efficiently. o Provide 5-star service to build lifelong relationships and referral business. o Host open houses, show homes, and follow up with warm leads provided by us. o Attend weekly coaching and training sessions to master current market strategies. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: o Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently working toward one). o Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term real estate career. o Highly coachable, motivated, and team-oriented. o Strong communication and client relationship skills. o Organized, proactive, and passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals.
