Responsibilities:

  • Meet with motivated buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals
  • Consistently follow up and stay top of mind with clients using our proven systems
  • Deliver 5-star service that turns first-time clients into lifelong fans and referrers
  • Host dynamic open houses and convert hot leads (we give them to you!)
  • Keep your calendar booked with ready-to-go appointments using our CRM
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Full-time commitment -- you're serious about your success
  • Coachable, driven, and fired up to grow
  • Solid communication skills and a knack for building relationships
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
