Responsibilities:



Attend and successfully complete the pre-licensing real estate course (scholarships available). Actively participate in RMG's comprehensive training program. Learn and utilize RMG's systems and tools for client management, marketing, and transaction processing. Shadow experienced agents to gain practical experience in client interactions, property showings, and negotiations. Develop expertise in the Spokane and/or Coeur d'Alene markets to better serve clients. Commit to prospecting, networking, and building relationships with clients consistently. Provide exceptional customer service. Actively promote yourself and RMG Real Estate Network in the community. Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines governing real estate practices.
