Our client, a Commercial Real Estate Investment firm located in Buckhead is currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their office. The paralegal position will assist the General Counsel in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include documentation, due diligence, closing and post-closing activities for all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing and management. Prior experience as a commercial real estate paralegal required. Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate or equivalent work experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Required
