Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Real Estate Office Manager to lead our office operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate team activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth running of our real estate office. Your proactive approach will foster an efficient environment that supports our agents and staff, enhances client service, and promotes a positive office culture. Duties



Supervise daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling for agents and CEO's Manage vendor relationships including service providers, maintenance teams, and technology support to ensure timely service delivery Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new team members, training & development initiatives, and maintaining employee records Develop and monitor office budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality Organize events such as open houses, team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities with meticulous planning and execution Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate operations and office management Maintain effective communication channels within the team through regular updates, meetings, and email correspondence Implement efficient scheduling management for appointments, showings, inspections, and other key activities Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor services to maintain a fully operational workspace

Experience



Proven supervisory experience in an office environment with strong leadership capabilities in managing teams Extensive administrative experience in real estate or related fields such as medical office management or general office management Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing Skilled in event planning, vendor management, budgeting, and calendar management Strong human resources background including onboarding, training & development programs, and employee relations Experience with clerical tasks such as filing systems, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite) and real estate-specific tools is preferred Knowledge of medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
