You will step into a structured environment with motivated agents already enrolled in our coaching program and ready for your mentorship. As a Real Estate Productivity Coach, you will lead agents through proven lead generation strategies, client communication, and contract execution while holding them accountable to results. At the same time, you will use KW systems and tools to grow your own career, expand your leadership presence, and create long-term opportunities within Keller Williams.
First-year commission earning potential when hitting goals: $165,000+

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to agents in the productivity program
• Lead group and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Teach proven Keller Williams systems and business models
• Support agents in achieving listing, buyer, and contract goals
• Track progress and performance metrics for each agent
• Foster a positive, accountable, and goal-driven environment
• Assist in agent recruiting and onboarding into the coaching program
• Continue personal production while growing as a leader and coach

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• At least 2 years of real estate experience or production history
• Strong understanding of Keller Williams systems and culture
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Coachable and committed to personal and team growth
• Organized with strong follow-up and accountability habits
• Passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
