Real Estate Mentor Opportunity
We are looking to partner with an experienced, licensed real estate professional who has a genuine passion for developing new agents and helping them build productive, sustainable businesses. This opportunity is designed for someone who understands the early challenges agents face and enjoys sharing proven systems, strategies, and real-world experience to help others succeed.
You'll collaborate with real estate schools, training programs, and leadership teams to mentor new agents on every stage of the business, from lead generation and client management to contracts and closings. Through structured guidance and hands-on coaching, you'll play a key role in shaping confident, capable agents who are ready to thrive in today's market.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach new agents on daily activities, sales strategies, and client service
  • Partner with real estate schools and training programs to attract and support new licensees
  • Lead group coaching sessions and provide one-on-one mentorship as needed
  • Share best practices for lead generation, open houses, contract writing, and negotiations
  • Help new agents establish professional habits that lead to long-term success
  • Collaborate with leadership to create structured growth and accountability systems
Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license required
  • Strong production history with experience coaching or mentoring others
  • Ability to communicate clearly and provide step-by-step guidance
  • Knowledge of local market trends, contracts, and real estate best practices
  • Professional presence with a drive to support new agents in achieving their goals
