Broker Associate Opportunity - Century 21 Top Producers
We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who is ready to take the next step as a Broker Associate and earn rewarding commissions with Century 21 Top Producers. If you do not yet have your broker license, we can help you obtain it.
This role focuses on helping you elevate your own career while mentoring and developing others. You will have the support, systems, and resources needed to grow production, strengthen leadership abilities, and scale your impact in the industry.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example through consistent personal production and professional standards
• Mentor and guide your agents to improve their business skills and confidence
• Recruit and onboard motivated agents to your team
• Support team members through transaction oversight and deal strategy
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen systems and accountability
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and business planning sessions
• Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and long-term success

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
• Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
• Active state real estate license is required
• Ability to obtain a broker license if not currently held
• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in residential or commercial real estate
• Demonstrated success in sales, listings, or client development
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Commitment to mentoring and helping others succeed
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and productivity tools
• Positive attitude and drive to grow personally and professionally
